Check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out time is until 10:30 am.
Guests will perform self-check-in, accessing the rental unit using a digital door entry code, provided by email prior to arrival.
Per the resort regulations, a representative from the property management company for the rental unit will personally greet the guest at some time near the beginning of their stay. A suitable time will be arranged.
Olde Beau Resort is a resort community with multiple governing homeowner associations. Guests of the resort, including renters, are required to observe the ordinances and rules set by these governing bodies. Violation of these rules could lead to eviction from the property. Conduct of renters and guests is expected to be respectful and considerate of the property, owners, and other guests.
Guests agree to abide by the dress codes in the clubhouse dining room and on the golf course. In the dining room no jeans, shorts, or flip flops are allowed. Golf attire is required on the golf course. The downstairs clubhouse grill is casual, and the above dress codes are not enforced.
Renters and guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rental unit caused by themselves, their friends or any person or pets for whom they are responsible.
Blue Ridge Sunsets and Olde Beau Resort are not responsible for personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
Regardless of charge instructions, the renter acknowledges that they are personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred during the stay.
This rental unit is not accessible for the disabled, as there is a stairway access to the villa studio units.
Children of renters or guests must be 12 or older for this unit. This unit is not suitable for small children. There is a steep grade going into Mitchell River Gorge a few feet off of the back patio, which is not suitable for traversing.
Guests agree not to trespass onto neighboring studio villas patios and yards. Violators are subject to eviction from the resort.
There shall be no charcoal grills or open fires, including fire pits, on any decks. Only gas grills are permitted. Guests should be advised that damage resulting from a failure to comply with this rule can result in significant financial liability for the guests, including damage from flame, from straying embers or from hot coals or wood.
No pet should be permitted upon the Common Elements unless carried or leashed by a person that can control the pet. Pets should not at any time be left unattended nor tied or chained in the Common Elements or any deck or balcony or other Limited Common Element. Pet owners are responsible for the immediate removal and proper disposal of any pet waste. A pet waste disposal system is located next to Building 500. All pets shall be licensed and inoculated as required by law.
Recreational vehicles and trailers are not allowed on the resort property. This includes RVs, boats, campers, motorcycles, and all-terrain vehicles.
